#EOHUeats - Banana Breakfast Smoothie
Recipe:
Old Fashioned rolled oats, soaked in water for 10 minutes. ½ cup
Plain yogourt (2% MF or less) 1 Cup
Bananas, ripe, frozen 2
Milk 1 cup
Honey (optional) 1 tbsp
1. Add banana, milk, yogourt and oatmeal (and honey) to blender. Blend until mixture is smooth, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.
2. Pour and enjoy!
TIP: Plain yogurt is very versatile: use it instead of sour cream in dip recipes or as a topping on baked potatoes, or even add desired fruit and flavouring for a yummy snack.
