The CDCP covers a portion of common dental procedures such as:

  • cleanings
  • dental fillings

  • X-rays
  • root canals
  • and more

Visit the CDCP website to learn more, including if you qualify and how to apply. To see a list of dental offices in the area that accept the CDCP, please click here. You can also contact your dentist directly to see if they accept the CDCP.

The Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) provides dental services to individuals who receive 100% funding through the CDCP, and do not otherwise have a regular dentist. To book an appointment at the EOHU, please call 613-933-1375 or 1-800-267-7120. Please bring your CDCP acceptance letter and benefits card with you to every appointment.
