Licensed Child Care Centre Summary Inspection Reports

The Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) is mandated under the Ontario Health Protection and Promotion Act to inspect all licensed child care centres in the five Eastern Counties to ensure they adhere to infection control practices.

Summary inspection reports for licensed child care centres will be available on this site for two years. If you’re looking for a report older than two years or for a report of a licensed child care centre that is no longer in business, please fill out a request form. The form is available at the EOHU office nearest you. Please note that you need to fill one form per child care centre.
