Stop the Spread Business Information Line

The government of Ontario has a toll-free line to provide support to Ontario businesses who have questions about how to reopen their doors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Business owners and operators can reach the province at 1-888-444-3659.

The information line is there to provide advice to businesses on how to operate while respecting protocols for physical distancing and other public health measures to protect the health and safety of employees and the general public.

The service is available:

• Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
