Clients unable to access their drinking water test results over Public Health Ontario’s (PHO) automated phone service

Due to a technical malfunction, clients are currently unable to access their drinking water test results over Public Health Ontario’s (PHO) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone service.
Clients can contact PHO’s Customer Service Centre to receive a verbal result by calling one of the telephone numbers below or can make a request for their test report via email.
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST;
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. EST
